Product purchases are processed through WarriorPlus and associated payment processors. The purchase price is as displayed at the time of checkout. All sales are subject to the payment platform's terms of service. Baheri DigiTech does not directly process payment card transactions.
After successful purchase, access to your digital files is delivered electronically through the delivery method configured for the offer. You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your purchased files. Baheri DigiTech is not responsible for loss of downloaded files due to user error, device failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms or the License Agreement are reserved. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Baheri DigiTech's intellectual property to you.
The prompts in this product are designed to be used with third-party AI image generation tools (such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Leonardo AI, or others). These tools are independent services with their own terms of service, usage policies, pricing, commercial use terms, and content restrictions. Baheri DigiTech is not affiliated with any third-party AI platform. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any AI tool you use. Baheri DigiTech makes no guarantee that prompts will perform identically across all AI platforms or produce specific results.
The product discusses publishing workflows for platforms such as Amazon KDP and Etsy as illustrative examples only. Baheri DigiTech is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, Etsy, or any marketplace. We make no guarantee of marketplace approval, acceptance, commercial success, or compliance with any marketplace's current policies. AI image generation tools are probabilistic systems. Output quality varies by platform, prompt, settings, and model version. Baheri DigiTech does not guarantee that prompts will generate print-ready, artifact-free, or publication-quality images without human review and editing. We strongly recommend manually reviewing and refining all AI-generated outputs before publishing or printing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baheri DigiTech and its associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid by you for the product.
Baheri DigiTech reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the product or its components at any time. We may update product files, guides, or supplementary materials from time to time. We do not guarantee that specific features or content will remain unchanged indefinitely.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the product shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
