This Product License Agreement ("License") governs your use of Coloring Creator Vault purchased from Baheri DigiTech ("Company", "we", or "us"). By purchasing the product, you agree to the terms of this License. Please read it carefully.
This License covers the following product components:
- The XLSX Prompt Master Library (800 structured AI coloring prompts)
- Bonus #1: 100 Finished Coloring Pages (PNG, JPEG, and combined PDF)
- Bonus #2: Coloring Prompt Quick Start Guide (PDF)
- Bonus #3: 50 Coloring Product Ideas Blueprint (PDF)
1. WHAT YOU MAY DO — PERMITTED USES
1A. The XLSX Prompt Library (800 AI Prompts)
- ✓ Personal use: You may use the prompts for personal creative projects.
- ✓ Generate artwork: You may copy prompts and use them as input in third-party AI image generation tools to generate new artwork.
- ✓ Derivative works: You may use the AI-generated artwork you create (subject to the AI platform's own terms) in your own coloring books, printable products, and activity packs for personal or commercial distribution where permitted by your AI platform's terms.
- ✓ Workflow use: You may use the guides and blueprints to inform your own creative workflow and product development process.
1B. The 100 Finished Coloring Pages (Bonus #1)
The 100 bonus coloring pages are included to give buyers ready-made content to start with. The following uses are permitted under this License:
- ✓ Personal use: You may print or use the pages for your own personal coloring and creative enjoyment.
- ✓ Classroom use: You may print individual pages for non-commercial classroom or educational use.
- ✓ Derivative commercial use: You may use the included pages as starting templates or references to create your own modified, edited, or improved derivative versions for commercial products (e.g., adding backgrounds, combining with your own artwork). Derivative works must meaningfully differ from the originals.
- ✓ Bundle inclusion (modified): You may include meaningfully modified derivative versions of the included pages in your own commercial coloring book products (e.g., KDP books, Etsy printable packs) provided they are not simply the original files redistributed as-is.
2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO — PROHIBITED USES
2A. The XLSX Prompt Library
- ✕ No redistribution: You may NOT share, upload, resell, or redistribute the original XLSX master prompt library in any form — as a whole or in excerpts — to other people.
- ✕ No resale as prompts: You may NOT repackage, rebrand, or resell the prompt collection as your own prompt product or bundle on any marketplace or platform.
- ✕ No claiming authorship: You may NOT represent or claim that you authored or created the original prompt library.
- ✕ No public sharing of download links: You may NOT publicly share your personal download link or make the files freely downloadable to others.
2B. The 100 Finished Coloring Pages
- ✕ No raw file redistribution: You may NOT distribute, sell, or give away the original unmodified coloring page files (PNG, JPEG, or PDF) to other people as a standalone product.
- ✕ No resale of raw files: You may NOT sell the original unmodified coloring pages as-is on any marketplace (Etsy, Gumroad, Creative Market, KDP, or elsewhere).
- ✕ No lead magnets: You may NOT use the original, unmodified files as a free giveaway, lead magnet, or bonus in other products without meaningful modification.
2C. All Product Components (Guides, Blueprints)
- ✕ No redistribution of guides: You may NOT share, resell, or redistribute the PDF guides or blueprint documents to other people.
- ✕ No repackaging as courses: You may NOT incorporate the guide PDFs into your own courses, membership sites, or digital products for resale or distribution.
3. AI Platform Terms Apply to Generated Images
Important: The commercial rights and ownership of AI-generated images are determined by the terms of service of the specific AI image generation platform you use — not by this License Agreement. These terms vary by platform, subscription tier, geographic location, and change over time.
Examples (non-exhaustive; always consult current official terms):
- Midjourney has specific commercial use terms that differ by subscription plan.
- DALL-E/OpenAI has its own usage policy for generated content.
- Other platforms have their own varying policies.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the current commercial use terms of any AI platform you use before using AI-generated content commercially. Baheri DigiTech does not accept liability for any platform terms violations arising from your use of generated content.
4. Marketplace Platform Terms Apply
If you publish products on Amazon KDP, Etsy, or other platforms, you are also responsible for complying with those platforms' current content policies, intellectual property requirements, AI-generated content policies, and applicable laws. These policies change and Baheri DigiTech cannot guarantee their content or applicability to your specific products.
5. License Violations
Violation of this License Agreement may result in revocation of your license to use the product and other remedies available under applicable law.
